Udoka Microfinance Bank Limited is a Tier 2 Microfinance Bank. It has its Head office located at Nwagu Junction, the heart of Agulu town in Anaocha Local Government Area of Anambra state. It has a Cash Point located at Oye Market, Neni, also in Anaocha Local Government Area of Anambra state.
The Bank was incorporated by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) on 2nd July, 2008 and licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) on 8th December, 2008 to carry on Microfinance Banking Business.
The Bank started operations on 8th July, 2008 and has since been rendering seamless Microfinance Banking Services to not only Agulu town but also neighboring towns such as Nanka, Adazi Nnukwu, Adazi Enu, Mbaukwu among other neighboring towns.

The Bank is efficiently managed by a Board of Directors made up of seasoned professionals in their various fields of endeavor. The top Management staff is also made of Professional Bankers of several years’ experience ably assisted by equally qualified staff. The Bank is adequately staffed for its level of operations.

The Bank adheres strictly to guidelines issued by Regulatory Authorities such as the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC), the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), Anambra Internal Revenue Service (AIRS) among others.
The major mission of the Bank is to see that the grassroots are availed of the opportunity of Financial inclusion hence the Bank’s Mission Statement – “…for the grassroots’interest”.
